Account and login help

Billing and subscription help

For charges, renewals, cancellation, or refund review, check your account and pricing pages first, then send the billing details from your receipt if you still need help.

Generation and export help

If a beat does not generate, play correctly, or export as expected, include the page you were using, what you clicked, and what happened instead.

Before you contact support

  • Check whether the issue is on Account, Pricing, Create, Explore, or Result.
  • Note the account email, billing date, and any Creem checkout or subscription identifier when the issue is payment-related.
  • Describe the exact action that failed, such as sign in, start checkout, generate, share, or download.

If the self-serve pages do not answer your question, email support with the issue, the route you were on, and the result you expected.

For billing cases, include your account email, charge date, and the Creem receipt details so the request can be reviewed faster.
