For product questions, partnership inquiries, billing issues, account help, or feedback about the HumToBeats beat-creation experience, email us directly.
The current HumToBeats support flow is intentionally simple. If you need help, send us one email with the issue you're seeing, the route you were using, and any account or checkout context that may help us reproduce it.
For billing, cancellation, or refund requests, include the account email you used, the charge date, and any checkout or subscription identifier visible in your payment-provider receipt so support can review the request faster.
If you do not want to send an email, open the More menu in the HumToBeats header and choose Feedback to leave product suggestions, bug reports, or workflow notes directly inside the app.
